Customer Support Update

wtf. good for u. u only needed 3 weeks, i have been locked since 19 dec and last support email response was 14 jan while there are still quite a number of people who have accounts locked longer than me.

this is really infuriating. i can only draw 3 conclusions from this

1. shit ticket system

2. issues like my acc - unauthorized transactions - 4 ea keys purchased out of no where - the only 'hacked' issue i faced - they still are not able to unlock as root cause still not found/solved

3. selective replies - quite unlikely and doesnt make sense at all.

i get that clearing trivial tickets to filter out more heavier tickets which makes sense, but what the hell. 1 month+, inefficient replies - asking 1-2 question per email instead of all at once and not trying to solve the whole thing asap.

literally undid all the good i enjoyed when i was able to play, stopped almost all momentum and killed off my excitement for the game.

i can never recommend this game to others in good faith for a long time not because of the in game issues/unfun people have but the external factors.

sry to say, after so long, at this point i do not care if they appreciate our patience when what matters most is not solved. i cant even login to play, for fuck would i care about patch notes/fixes/updates when i cannot experience it for myself.

now i just want my unauthorized purchases refunded and get back my account just because i spent money and it is my rights.

I got a reply from them asking me for more info which I instantly replied back with. That was 2 weeks ago and nothing back from them since this sucks supposed to be early access and yet I can't even log into the game had over 100+ hours gameplay before I had this issue.
Okay, they replied to me 2nd time after the 17th of Dec, will update as they solve problem.
I've been waiting over a month for a resolution. Got a reply two weeks after the ticket was sent in. Sent back the info. Now it's been a month of silence since that update.

Thanks for the transparency. GGG / PoE has always had one of the best customer service experiences in gaming in recent memory. We appreciate the efforts to maintain that golden standard, even with the insane growth brought by the PoE 2 launch.

I think it would be great for the team and the players to identify simple requests that can be automated in a self-service fashion like with Name Changes in PoE 1.

I don’t know what 'golden standard' you’re talking about, because right now, their customer service is anything but great. People have been waiting weeks—some even months—for basic responses. The fact that they underestimated the workload so badly just shows how unprepared they were for this launch. Saying PoE has one of the best customer service experiences in gaming is just not true when so many players are being ignored for extended periods.

Don't get your hopes up, that's likely an automated reply.

Everyone seems to get it after 2 weeks, even though many have included the requested info in the initial ticket.
When will loot filters be working for ps5?
Waiting for MTX from one account ( which was binded wrong by their system ) to be merged into the account I'm actually playing.

Ticket was raised on the 7th December, got a reply to give them some details - those were provided.

Absolutely no answer since.

I still have hope I get the MTX refunded OR transferred to the correct account.

They are working. Some don't seem to work though and you need to re-enable them every time you re-open the game I believe
