All my characters missing

All my characters in POE2 PS5 early access were missing when I logged in this morning. I was able to create a new character but can my previous characters be restored. They weren't hardcore. I had a sorceress, ranger, and witch. Now I only have a lvl 3 sorceress. Please help.
