Poe 2 ps5 checkpoint on arbiter not working correctly

Our guild was fighting arbiter of ash we all died party lead respawned at checkpoint and was able to respawn correctly but the other members of party (3 of us) were kicked from map and were sent back to hideout and unable to continue the fight or rejoin the map.

Similar issue here, went in with 2 people in a party, we died and nobody was able to respawn. Party leader selected respawn at checkpoint and we were sent back to hideout, including the party leader.

Same also. Me and my friend did Arbiter of Ash for the first time. We respawned at least 3 times and in our fourth death, we got kicked out of the map. I was really confused because it said we had like more attempts left but it kicked us out. We then spent at least 3 div to go back and fight him again and after 1 death and clicking resurrect at checkpoint it kicked us out. Wasted 3 div on a respawn bug...

I had the same issue with one other person. I tried a fresh run again and failed the first attempt. I was not sent to the checkpoint, it booted both of us out and closed all additional portals. Something is bugged here.
