PS5 loot filter not working

Hi everyone

The solusion is open another game on your console, play on it 5 min. PS5 will clear cache data at this time.
Open PoE 2 again, download loot filter, follow it, choose it in game options and enjoy.

Good Luck guys
Same here . On ps 5
Nothing worked for me until I deleted the game and redownloaded. Now it is working.
Reinstalling the game didn't work for me
Habe jetzt auch alles ausprobiert von folgen entflogen. Anderes Spiel Starten dann wieder poe2 .
Ale.
yes very disapointed about lootfilters @Playstation5 , we wait for it long time and even after patch cant use it.. try all follow/unfollow/delate/copy/restarts.. see only name fileter in options but they not work
Hey guys.

The filter was not working for me, I tried the following options:

- I unfollowed the filter and followed again --> nothing happened
- I played Diablo 4 for 10 minutes and logged in again to POE2 --> nothing.

Then I erased the game, unfollowed the filter and downloaded again the game. I logged in normally and when I was at my hideout I followed again the filter and it worked for me.

hope this can help you!!!

Good hunt!!!!!

Not working for me either on my ps5. Tried resetting, opening other games etc but still not working after selecting the filter in drop down menu. Was the most important aspect of this patch for me so I hope it gets fixed.

So I went and did the whole 40gb download for POE 1 and played it for 15 min. Don't know if it was this or something else gg fixed but afterwards my loot filter worked. Hurra
what worked for me quite easly was to clear ps5 software cache

Hold the PS button on your controller.
Select the Power menu.
Select Turn Off PS5.
Wait until the PS5 power indicator light shuts off.
Press and hold the power button on the console until you hear a second beep to enter Safe Mode.
This should take about 7 seconds
Connect your controller to the console using the USB cable.
Press the PS button.
Navigate to the Clear Cache and Rebuild Database option using your controller.
Select Clear System Software Cache.
Select OK.
Wait for the console to restart on its own.
