you are correct actually they increase the "cast-on" gem but still it really seems like a blanket "fix" to these just kills my build when i'm not even playing these broken meta builds as is. really, just feels like i re-roll and play something hard meta in order to have fun tbh.

Don't Fix a bug where Minion Pact Support was able to drain the Life of Lingering Illusions.
It's great and balanced way to generate Power Charges and it covers flaws in skill design.
