Forced Routing to Australia for European Players [NETWORK LAG SPIKE THREAD]

I have this issue during prime time since PoE1. It's not so annoying there because it has predictive mod but PoE2 has mandatory lockstep so you can't run away from it. During the latest interview, they didn't even remember why or how the game was lockstep only so its not even in their radar.

Game was running smooth as butter since launch of the new patch, except for 30 minutes ago where my lag spikes are back. 20ms to 300ms, then back to 20ms, repeat. The stuttering is so bad its killed me a few times in maps, and I really want to enjoy the new stuff but its unplayable at this point. :(

Does changing the config file to predictive do nothing? I dont see a difference when I change it, but I dont usually have an issue on Poe1 with predictive on.

Unplayable.

Solve this asap please.
