Do you really think you gonna purchase Headhunter or any other op Unique/super rare for 5 EX?
No. They are gonna cost the same as they do now. Do you know Headhunter was 800 exalts 3 days into EA release? Those items arent meant for you , those items are meant for people do buy currency on third party sites. Sellers know that and they rely on those people. Who in their right mind would put Headhunter for 800 EX 3 days into release , when people barelly had any currency? RMTraders,that's who. And do you know who owns thirt party currency sites? Tencent. I guess if you have the perspective that the game is only fun if you have the most powerful items in the game you wouldn't like a reset. Fortunately you can continue to play your old character in a different league. Personally, I enjoy starting over from nothing and I'm looking forward to fighting all the bosses in the campaign without the benefit of all the loot I've acquired to help. I'm pretty sure that if they change literally nothing I would still be more capable against the campaign bosses, simply because I know them better now. Should be fun imho :)

Because resets and the first week of new trade-economies are the most fun part of ARPGs.
Its the time when a 2 res + life ring can actually be worth something. It the time when a pretty common Unique still can have value. And its a time when you level a new character without fully stacked twink gear. I love it. |

first two weeks are how you make your currency that will allow you to buy better gear and make it very easy to get into late game. You can trade mediocre rares you find, which no one will be interested in later on and buy some divine orbs which will skyrocket in value. If you missed that window, everything useful will cost 10+ divines and the drop rate for that is so low it will take you months to farm it. That is unless you are willing to do currency trading (buy for less, sell for more) or do some re selling of valuable items people post for less they are worth. Which you can, but its tedious

The news of the reset made me stop playing. Why will I spend my time on the game if in a few weeks it will all be erased?
