Missing Purchased Waypoint (PS5)

I purchased the improved 80 gold waypoint from store for 80 gold. The gold was deducted from my account and stated I got it, but I cannot access it and my hideout is using the generic waypoint.

I tried editing the waypoint in the hideout and only gives me the one option. How can I get my 80 gold waypoint or get refunded the gold?

Purchased Synthesis Waypoint and gold taken from account, but it is not available in game. Even shows on my account here that it was purchased. I am on PS5, if that helps. Please help resolve or refund gold to account.

Can GGG staff/moderators acknowledge or point me to where I can address not receiving my purchase?
