30+ days of waiting. No solution. No transparency.

I can't disagree with that.
I send an email at December 10th, and get no replies at all. 40 days of silence. Looks like I'm the record holder here.
Nov 21st its been 59 days and im still waiting for support to finish my Mtx transfer from xbox to pc
I've also been waiting for 5 days, it's the worst customer support I've ever seen, it's really hard to believe it's an online gaming company.

Dealing with the same thing, sent a request the 6th of December and got a response asking me for info on the 16th and it feels like its just forgotten after that. How do we know the replied cases actually get followed up on? Ive sent more email replies after to bump it, but no response on anything. Me and probably alot of other people couldve had their problems easily solved in the first reply. This is getting beyond frustrating, they need to atleast update their public message on why this is taking so long. Ive supported ggg for many years, but after this experience Ill be very hesistant in the future knowing problems like this could arise after purchase

Its been extremely unwise on the forum admins part,

Forum Admin can easily provide an email format with 100% of the information they need, then tell users to follow that structure, then outright ignore all emails that don't follow it. You can even write a script that reads everything after a number, auto reviews it, and sets up a final confirmation from a human.

You guys made a game, you guys approximated artificial life, you can write a 11 line program.

1. Include your Username, and Character Name in Every Email.
2. Include all previous information consolidated and in every email.
3. If you are fulfilling a lock request include xyz
4. time of event

read after 1
read after 2
read after 3
read after 4

now you have my account, a paragraph about what happened, instructions for a specific event, and the time frame for the event so you can manually check if things cannot be confirmed automatically - with a robot.

100% of people reciving messages by support have all been by 1 man, but we cant name that support member by name even though hes the only one working?
