I don't think they have that capacity. This game needs to be rewritten from the beginning to be a real man. In other words, it's a complete fail project.

I'm confused, when you write a "client crash" has been fixed, does that mean only the game crashing? Or does that include instances that would freeze windows as well and force me to restart?
After one of the restarts I was forced to do, 2 of my usb ports died. They were usb ports that stay on when the pc is off so that's a bummer. Luckily i had 2 more empty ports so I could adapt but that's it. I don't have enough usb ports to risk losing them just to check if the latest client crash also fixed the windows freeze. So I’d appreciate it if you guys could specify whether or not the fix applies to the windows freeze issue.

They are ignoring and not addressing, acknowledging or fixing that specific issue at this time. Likely want to try to avoid liability for issues like yours, so they will not admit.
