Game crashed while doing map and all the inventory is gone

i was doing a map just 15 min ago and my game just freezed and crashed afterwards and what i lotted while i was mapping including perfect jewellers orb too is gone what is this ?

It's called a roll back, basicaly the game saves at a given interval or under certain conditions, if you DC/instance crash between those saves then everything you picked up after the last save is gone.

There isn't even a way that GGG could verify what was dropped in these instance because the DB it saves to would not have the data.

this is 3rd time its happening to me i mean crash is okay not able to go back to map is okay but losing inventory? i mean come on 3rd time. please is something wrong with my settings? i am tired of this.
