Yes, it does mean it can be broken. That's exactly what EA means. This may come as a surprise to you, but selling broken things is perfectly legal - as long as you inform the customer that it is broken. Which they have, by telling us that this is EA and that it will have a lot of bugs/glitches.

So they are well within their right to sell the game in a broken state, they've literally done everything by the book here - you just didn't understand that and now you're trying to make it someone elses fault that you didn't understand what you were buying.

You willingly bought access to a broken game, a game that was literally ADVERTISED as broken, and now you're here being upset that it's broken. Claiming to be "criticizing" when all you're doing is whining about experiencing bugs while throwing out insults and accusations of bad craftmanship. Critique would be submitting a bug report or offering ideas on how they could improve the gameplay, but that's not what you're doing here. You're talking about how they shouldn't have sold you the game and how you're out of patience. That is not critique of the game, it's exasperation and accusations against its developer.

So I reiterate: You made a mistake buying this game. You didn't undertand what you were buying. This is entirely on you. You fucked up. You should've waited for full release. The sooner you admit this to yourself, the sooner you can let go of this pointless anger and move on with your life.

Anything is technically a waste of time and if you think that there's something else that's "better" to use your time on, then so be it.

There's no point to this thread, its just a rant, what a waste of time.

I have some actual worthwhile and proper forum etiquette...how many factors (outside of the extremely difficult chaos instance) are in your list of things wrong with the game to warrant a refund?

You haven't experienced the cheesiest of the macaroni until you've encountered 3 petrify statues facing the same lever while you have blood globules x2 or vaal machinations or any other choice that requires you to be able to move out of the way.

You go to pull the lever (doesn't matter what side you choose, your char will walk around to the front) and you'll be completely unable to control your character while the statues petrify you and the other mods just kill you with absolutely zero counterplay.

There's no clearing mobs, there's nothing you can do to stop it.

Absolutely the worst encounter I've had in a video game. I farm lvl 80 trial regularly now. Never take petrify statues.
