Is this a fix for the 24h2 crashing on map entry?

Now the game is crashing more often than before. Every 5 mins, the game freezes. I am using PoE uncrasher which saves me from rebooting the PC.

I played without third party software because it said the crash was cured.

I'm losing energy shield whenever I use my flasks, life or mana, this also happens when I remove a support gem from my skill gem. I'm a monk with CI, this issue happened after the recent patch.
Whatever I accumulated from the mobs by my grim feast are wasted whenever I use a life flask or mana flask, it will reset to whatever my default energy shield is. |

can only PREVENT? I haven't try it, but seriously, you should fix it soon enough, that CPU over-usage will damage hardwares.
