I got scammed ~1 mirror + level 96 char deleted

BOYYSSS!!!! 16 days later, i got a "mostly" compy-paste answer on my e-mail. They locked my account.... ~20 after i got scammed and my char was deleted.... randomly just locked it.... where was the lockdown when i was getting scammed and my char was getting deleted ?!


Anyways, TLDR - There is hope to get an answer... but the usefulness of the answer is up to the gods

I'm afraid I too got a copy paste reply asking for the same things I've already mentioned in previous emails. Found it funny they didn't even bother to read my previous emails before replying, giving me a false sense of success. Guess it's back to waiting a week for another reply, just to most likely be hit with the same "What is your account ID and four digit number that follows, along with a few of the characters on your account".
