vulkan didn't work for me, game still did freeze my pc on loading screen.

I purchased the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack on Dec 7, 2024. I opted into receive Path of Exile 2 Art Book, T-Shirt, Hoodie. A couple weeks pass after nothing comes, I reached out (nothing). 2 weeks after that and receiving nothing I reach out again. I finally get this response.
"Unfortunately, it appears there was a minor error at checkout with your purchase; although you provided shipping details our system automatically opted you out of receiving your physical goods." Did they reach out to me when this error happened. NO. I haven't received anything after spending $500 when I opted to receive Path of Exile 2 Art Book, T-Shirt, Hoodie. I really enjoyed POE 1 never had any issues. Was enjoying POE 2, but after this I give GGG TWO THUMBS DOWN! |

thiis game is pretty fun but has many bugs and major issues hense the reason for early access so we can provide feedback on bugs, balancing, and so forth.
its true this game has crashing issue making you hard restart your PC, happens to me several time no matter what fix i come accross it just doesnt work and it pains me to see this.(P.S. this issue has nothing to do with your computer this is game related.) another issue more of a quality of life thing, its the body block feature i personally think this is a great mechanic just poorly executed - small mobs i wouldnt have this feature effect the character - medium to large enemies yes full force body blocking ( makes sence ) - Players body blocking other players now this feature i cant stand it ruins the gameplay as a range character when here come a melee character Coughs "Monk/warrior" activating an ability and shoves his own team mate into a group of monsters and dies during a map or blocks a doorway and cant go through after going AFK is very frustrating. - another issue i see is the balancing of defense's seeing energy shield and evasion being the top 2 and seeing armor having little effect in maps via endgame and even with a great energy shield and being immune to chaos i still get 1 shot and thats with a proper build. - the price for respec is another thing yeah its not too hard to farm the gold to respec but also to re do it after making a mistake and costing a huge sum just to fix the mistake or the build didnt work out is also frustrating cause if u make a dead build well time to make a new character to farm the gold cause you ruined the one your trying to fix but lack the funds. id drop the cost atleast 50% and no cost during act 1-3 but once you hit cruel its time to pay, thats how id do it if i was a designer. there are so many gold sinks this can be a good way to get players to branch their builds out and try new things other then the meta spec. |

Game is fundamentally wrong in many aspects:
- Magic Find that breeds real money sellers of currency and breaks gameplay for players who don't choose to play a specific class/build to be able to wear enough MF pieces to not be literally wasting their time in game and impossible to buy a single thing for hundreds of hours in Trade leagues. - PC freezes and crashes is just unacceptable at this point. Its so easy to go buy a 10 PCs with variations of 13th, 14th gen intel or AMD processors or and 4070/80/90 and have 10 people play on it to see if there are freezing and crashing issues. Clearly after receiving millions in microtransactions it was too expensive to perform a test as such. - Character defensives, single portal, passive tree, clunky classes and skills, and many other things in game are fixable but honestly i feel that the entire gameplay systems would have to be redesigned and GGG will not spend that money and will try to bandaid fix the current version of game. After thousands of hours on multiple accounts on POE1 i am disgusted by such lack of professionalism and i know everyone is screaming Early access, but this game has lost my interest and i know i am not alone. o7 |

Now if you could also fix the mess on spirit allocations with Demon Form that would be splendid (just whilst you're at it anyways). And please make it it's on allocation tab and not running of WS1 (or 2) would probably fix the issue |

This patch broke my game. Usually when my PC is freshly turned On the game just opens PoE2 smoothly, no freezing or anything. Now it just freezes before menu. What in the actual f-

Lets be serious here... the commitment to this game you are providing as a company is embarrassing. The actual audacity stating it is the equipment is a joke. I play on xbox and I crash SO MANY times. So does all my friends. It sounds like to me you are trying to play the blame game. You have provided 0 updates to improve the function of the game. You haven't fixed the flickering, crashes, frame drops, server issues and aoe bugs. Are you taking the players money and running? Wish we could refund this.
