Ortum's Invoker Blink Strike Monk (T16+)

Polcirkeln means we don't need to worry so much on freezing mobs as we can't shatter them when chilled

Ice Strike + Ambush to proc crits for HoI & HoT

Charged Staff to improve our attack speed and Longshot for when we hit mobs at the back this can sometimes herald proc

Ferocity to increase skill speed (though you can run into mana issues fast)

True Strike and For the Jugular helps us with our attribute points and further increases our damage on crit

Elemental Expression + Cold Exposure & Strip Away & Cold Penetration in the passive tree, helps us deal with mobs in t16 when they have high cold resists

Grim Feast + Wind Dancer gives us a buffer against 1 shots and defensive against swarms of enemies

Unset Ring allows us to get Blink and as we're not using any palm skills to move us forward (with no way out) we can weapon swap and use blink instead. This works great when moving around the map and towards enemies as well as a way to get out when things get dicey

Freeze and Chill Resistance + Icebreaker nodes make sure freeze doesn't ruin your day

I've found that the fastest way to weapon swap (without accidently attacking) is to raise shield.

Crest of Ardura is a great as it gives us mana regen and CDR

For our main hand we can use Bone Wand for ranged damage or Attuned Wand if we're running into mana issues.

Resonance: a must to build up our power charges

Chaos Inoculation: means we only have to worry about 3/4 of resists and in small areas such as ritual, this means we can ignore the purple cysts

Eternal Youth: we're not getting any ES regen so eternal youth is great here
