I've tried merging all fixes into their each category to not write 20 pages.

If nerf all playable builds, then all that's left is to delete the poe 2 client.
At the moment, there are too few skills in the game and almost no variability to make serious nerfs, since there are no alternatives left to play.

It's crazy that people actually want tailwind nerfed in a world where Ranger's survivability is essentially non-existent. Like actively I can't believe anyone looks at a class that struggles to build 3k HP with mirror tier gear and says "Yeah, let's nerf the only thing that lets them do content that isn't ES".

Guys can we just appreciate simple hotfix that fixes something obviously broken? CI should never make the game consider we are below 35% maximum HP with 1/1.

It is not patch yet, this is going to be later on when its NEW PATCH and not hot fix. Just wait and allow people to work on that (I believe it was very first day today that GGG works since like before Christmas)
