My son deleted my character twice

He’s 5 I talked to him about it the first time lol like no big deal, but the second time is kind of a big deal because I was alot farther in the game and I was wondering if support would help with this and maybe add a “spell name to delete feature” or something of the sort? I do not want to start all over as I just finished the campaign lol

Send support an email. I believe in PoE1 they could help you recover a deleted character.

Fair warning - the support is currently so overwhelemed it may be weeks to months before they get back to you, if they ever do get back to you.

There are threads with people waiting 40+ days to hear back from support, and I've never actually seen even a single person on the forums mention ever hearing back from support since the launch of PoE2.

I half think there was a single person running that mailbox prior to the launch of PoE2, they came in and saw 250,000 unread emails and just nope-d the F outta there lmao.

When you leave your computer, use the Windows + L key combination to lock your screen.

plot twist, this is actually the son and his dad deleted the character because of bad school work ;)

Why does your 5yo have unsupervised access to your computer/POE account?

Lock your PC before he deletes something REALLY important.

i do know some hellish brats but this takes the cake :D

I have gotten mad a few times in past seasons and deleted my characters. Support restores them and use to respond back in 30 minutes max.

GL now as support does not respond back or you get some amazon bot from India with PoE 2 that will give a generic response and make you wait 2 more weeks.
