Account Locked and still no Response from GGG Support

I realy dont get how you Support Team is working?
After getting a response while back i answered directly to that mail? so why does the person that has allrdy taking action on my account by locking me out of it, not get this mail and does everything thats needed to resolve there action.

it feels like im now back at the end of the que for no reason....

its realy not a good sign that now the holidays and new year is over i still not got any sign from your support..
My friend paid $700 package wreaclast and he has been locked out for 2 weeks now no response from GGG. Im sorry but this is completely unacceptable. I couldn't imagine paying $700 for a game and then all of a sudden account locked with no reasons or info provided. 300+ hours he has played only to potentially lose everything if GGG does not respond within a reasonable amount of time.

GGG has 1.5 months before he is forced to put in a complaint to the CC company to reverse the charges because there is a 90 day limitation on CC purchase disputes. I hope it gets resolved because i love playing with him and would hate to see him gone.

GGG needs to step it up because its completely unacceptable.

Someone told me it's about a 4-6 month wait for unlocks
If you bought through steam report GGG to them if you bought through the website, contact Xsolla support to refund the purchase it's unlikely you will get any support from GGG anytime soon

thats wild, i would totaly ok with GGG prio that ppl that spend so much money on them, but hearing this im kinda glad that just buy the regular support packs.
