How do you go about getting a refund?

This isn't a rage post. I just need to repurchase the game on Steam as my POE key will not let me link my Steam account however I cannot find any information on how to request a refund. Would it be easier to just do a charge back or possibly request the refund directly from Xsolla (GGG payment system)?

you email them and wait (it is busy though so it could take a while)

Also you could just email them and ask them to link the accounts.

If you charge back you are insta and perma banned, this is not a good option, while you get your money back it causes issues for GGG, taking the money from them, getting them a fine for the chargeback and other potential issues.

Secondly, I have already contacted them on both options. Linking my account or getting a refund. I'm sure you can guess how that went.... *crickets*
