Endgame quests - No Doryani quest dialogue on second character

I reached end game on my second character (ShootingStarlet) and get no Doryani dialogue on the quests I have there so far:

Lagacy of the Vaal has said to "Speak to Doryani" since I got to the Ziggurat Refuge in the past, but he has nothing to say on the matter and no quest pointer for it.

I just got the quest "The Pinnacle of Flame" from killing a rare mob and this also says "Spaek to Doryani". Doryani has no dialogue option for this quest either and still no quest pointer.

He does get quest pointers for the Cataclysm's Wake-quests, but that started at Tier 2+ quests, where I'd been with my first character before I dropped him for the second one I'm playing now.

I just logged into my first endgame characer (WanderongSlade) and while he also has the quest "The Pinnacle of the Flame" available now, despite not finding it himself, he also has no quest dialogue about it.

This is on a series X xbox.
