Gosh, I remember skimming the list of skills at the beginning of early access and feeling dread when I saw Spark make a return. The current glorious slop meta really was foreshadowed.

Spark will be fine. It is the enabling mechanics that they will take a look at. Also there are many viable builds, everyone just has FOMO and plays spark (which is fine - player agency as they say). There are so many ways to mix and match the characters, ascendancies and skills.
