poe 1 AND 2 constant crashing

Turns out a bios update fixed my crashing issue. Something to do with newer generations having a microcode error. If updating bios fixes your crashing, I would look into contacting intel support to see if you can get your cpu replaced cause it could have some damage.

Try this:
Right click on your desktop.
Select display settings.
Scroll down to graphics.
From the list of apps select "Path of Exile".
near the top should be a drop down list.
Select your graphics card.
Once done, at PoE title screen select options.
Make sure that DirectX 12 is selected.
