Headhunters Immortality/Invisibilty bug

So, sometimes after killing a rare, enemies just stop attacking me. I assume its an effect of headhunters (The unique that lets me steal a rare mobs modifiers) but it just never wears off. I can still die to AOE attacks like explosions but other than that they just leave me alone even if I am punching them in the face. Other times a mob like a boar will run at me and move me around but never attack. (In the image I am just standing there after shooting the skeletons to my left and they just leave me alone.)

Edit: (Update) This is also super easy to replicate and when it does happen I am just going to close out the map and start again.
