EA license got removed

I'm writing this post as a request for an answer regarding all the other forum post on users getting their license removed. We already sent an email to your support address, but responses take very long and a lot of people are kept in the dark on the matter, while not being able to enjoy the game they paid to support, a choice made despite the fact that the game will be f2p. We understand that licenses can get revoked by sellers on 3rd party marketplaces, but for most people that's not the case. Do we have an official response on the matter? All I've seen are comments from support saying to contact via email. Do you know what causes this, so it can be avoided in the future? Can we please get a response besides the contact support or we're experiencing an increased number of tickets "cannded" resposes? I also do support and I know how bad it can get during holidays. I know how understaffed feels, but an official response on some matters that spam the forum would help. I hope that this post won't be taken down as it's probably on the wrong thread (or smth, idk; i don't usually do forums), but it's where the complaints are. keep spamming and bumping, only way for them to notice. people have been waiting a month for them to respond. i think atp they have a huge security issue, they are trying to keep it down and quiet. if they delete my comment ill just go straight to valve not even kidding.
