Glowing Orb doesn't work

I got hit by the 3rd boss and he slowly killed me with poison. Even though I went below 20% hp and wasn't killed in one hit afterwards, Glowing Orb didn't trigger and I lost the trial.

Have had this same issue now twice... This is just pissing me off, cause the trials are just a shitshow anyways

This is still bugged and never triggers. There are so many other bugs that already make some of the more aggravating gameplay choices and overall experience so loathsome.
