I have been running arsonists and for most things they are fine, but I struggle in breaches to get much cleared. Seems this build has no problem with breaches though.

A question however. I managed to get a lvl 20 gem for my Arsonists, but I only have a 19 that I would be able to use for Frost Mages. Would the mages still come out ahead when down by 1 level?


Frost mages has slower clear speed compared to arsonists and you should have less issues with them in breaches compared to this one. Make sure to cast DD and have enough minion skill levels when using Arsonists.


I guess its a skill issue then haha. Will continue to work with Arsonists then.
I'm currently leveling using frost mages. loving the CC and the control i have. The only glaring issue i have is my minions spend over half their time not attacking and or stuck resulting in my death. Does this get better at endgame?

You need to use the trick of weapon swapping to unsummon all minions and then resummon them by swapping back.

There is no reason to use dd with frost mages since they shatter most corpses ?
Made an update to the build so that raging spirits and flame wall are now used instead of blink and frost bomb. This improves the clear speed quite a bit since raging spirits can do decent amount of damage with the correct supports.
I've tried the build with the added raging spirits, definitely improved the clearing of the breaches in map and in xesht's domain.
shame we lost blink on weapon swap though, since not enough sockets :P
Does cold pen apply to minions? I thought it doesn't unless specifically stated as applies to minions/allies in your presence?
