Query regarding rituals and audience to the king

So my first character saw an audience to the king in the ritual and defered it. I really stopped enjoying playing my first character so I made an alt. Ive done like 15 waystone level 15+ maps on my second character and I could not find an audience to the king. This led me to wonder whether this is because my first character has 'bricked' my second character from getting an audience to the king. I decided to check and the very first ritual I did as my first character I saw the original deferred audience to the king.

Now I have a few questions, are deferrals shared between chracters? (I assume no). And the more important one, if I have an audience to the king deferred on one character, is it possible to get another on a different character because after 15 maps of rituals im getting rather frustrated because I really do not want to slog through like 5-10 more ritual maps on my first character who i really did not enjoy playing in the end.
