POE 2 PERFORMANCE PROBLEMS

Problems;

Game crashes with no error message often,
-Usually walking around in acts, or sometimes in combat.
-Using mace skills, still in act 1, but I doubt any of the skills are the issue.

A lot of stutters, freezing and overall very bad fps (under 40),
-Especially in combat, even against just a white pack, gets worse in boss combats.

Computer Specs;

CPU: Intel i5-7400 3.5Ghz, not overclocked
GPU: Nvidia GTX1060 6GB VRAM
RAM: 16GB DDR4
Windows 10 22H2
All drivers are up to date.
(I know it's an old system but never had this worse performance in any game before)

Game Settings;

Renderer: Directx11 seems to work best, with Directx12 I can't even launch the game, Vulkan causes crashes more often.

Any graphical setting (shadow, light, texture, etc.): Lowest possible or off, tried having them higher but doesn't help at all.
-Dynamic resolution ON
-Upscale mod NIS
-Max render resolution 67% 1280-720
-Windowed Fullscreen
-Window Resolution 1920x1080
-HDR OFF
-VSync OFF
-DETAIL SETTINGS ALL LOW, Texture filtering 2x Anisotropic Filtering
-Nvidia Reflex OFF, having it on causes more crashes for me.
-FPS Cap 144
-Triple Buffering ON
-Dynamic Culling ON / Target FPS 60
-Multithreading ON


Tried disabling CPU0 CPU1, it helps, less crashes, but not a complete fix.

CPU, GPU and RAM sits around 70% usage, unless I crash, then CPU spikes to 100%
Temps are good, CPU sits at 55°C, GPU sits at 70°C, system temp is around 60°C

Once again, I am aware my pc isn't the best out there, and people with high-end pcs are also having problems, I'm just wondering if there are more we can do on our end to make the gameplay little smoother.

Try to disable Multithreading

After multiples pc freeze and hard resets this game finaly destroy one component of my pc.

Will have to troubleshoot with part it burn but suspect psu ...mobo... hope it' not the GPU
