Trying to Swap E-mails - Shouldn't Take 4 weeks

Hopefully I can get somewhere here - I submitted an e-mail ticket December 6th asking to swap my email as the one associated with my account has long been lost.
I provided my account ID including numbers, 4 character names, my current email associated to the account, the email I want to swap to and a screenshot of me logged in on the webpage showing all this info plus my transaction history. 4 days later I get a reply asking for: account name, character names - ALL OF WHICH WERE IN THE REQUEST Its been 17 days since the request went in. How am I supposed to be able to link my PSN account to play if I can't even get something as simple as an e-mail changed? Last bumped on Jan 13, 2025, 3:24:06 PM

I am over 5 days in on waiting on the same request. I have not even received an initial response. It might be a good idea to have a system for replacing the email that doesnt require this level of individual human review.

same.. gave every detail in first email to them with screenshots etc and eveything i coule think of to prove im the owner and GGG's "support" response was have you tried contacting your old email provider or have you looked your old email for spamm filter? like wtf READ the messages dont copy paste answer.. ofc i replied also but its been 3weeks now without answer after the initial message
