Lost access too, i tought it would have resolved by itself and yet...nothing. it's been days now.

as much as i want to say i believe it will be fixed, im begining to agree with you on this one... its only been 10 days for me. but i think others have had to wait longer for an answer

If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used.

If you obtained your early access by redeeming an early access key, then the key's status may have been revoked. I am unable to speculate on how or why this may have happened. Path of Exile 2 Early Access keys are only sold as part of an early access supporter pack. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the status of your key.

In either case, rest assured that your characters, items, and progress will remain as they are until your account is once again eligible to participate in Early Access.
