lost access to POE2 few days ago, no response from support yet.
A friend gave me a key 3 weeks ago. Since that day, I played for a few hours every night after getting off work. About a week ago, I spent about 100$ to upgrade my package and gave my extra key to another friend. But a few days ago, several friends and I lost the early access for no reason. The only friend who did not lose access also decided not to play because he could not play with his friends.
I sent an email on the same day, but there has been no reply so far. Originally, everyone planned to play together during the Christmas holiday. After all, everyone has their own lives and it is difficult to find time to play together. As a result, my friend and I have wasted hundreds of hours of game time and money before and reconsidered whether to buy another early access key. Why remove early access without any reason or message after I invested time and energy that I didn’t want to waste? My friends and I live in different places in real life and can’t get together at Christmas. Now we can’t even get together in the game. I hope the support team can email asap. I also understand that there are a lot of things to deal with now. But there is really no other new PVE game that can be played by more than 4 people for us. Last bumped on Jan 4, 2025, 8:39:33 PM

Hey there, Exile.
If you've already contacted us via email at support@grindinggear.com then I'm afraid you'll need to wait for the appropriate team member to get back to you. We're still handling an unprecedented volume of tickets right now so we really appreciate your patience in the meantime! Please note that repeat follow ups to your ticket or new emails regarding the same issue may have the inverse effect you may have intended, and may reset your place in the queue pushing our response time further. Additionally, please note that if you have acquired your Path of Exile 2 early access key through a third-party, we are not able to offer support for this and you will need to discuss this with the person who you acquired the key from. We apologise for any delays in our response and any inconvenience you've experienced as a result. | |
