Cannot Equip Bows in Weapon slot 2

I’ve been toying with a bow as a second weapon., Now, I can only place my bow in weapon slot1. I guess I need to go and switch my weapon skills.

I wanted to give more information as to where this occurred. Im playing on Xbox series X in act 3. I previously had arrows and a bow equipped at the ziggurat encampment, and I saw I had new arrows that I wanted to put on. The game didnt seem to recognize that i had a bow equipped and therefore wouldn’t let me use the arrows. So, I picked up the bow to try and have it recognized as equipped, and then i wasn’t able to re-equip it in slot 2.

I have no issue putting my bow and arrows in a weapon slot 1, and I am able to put other weapons in slot 2 without issue.
