Allow PC players using a Controller to manage Stash Tabs and Inventory with M/KB

Hi. I have played on console for most of my life and only recently (~3 years) bought a PC worth gaming on. I still use controller since it is the most comfortable for most games.

The controller support for PoE2 so far has been very good, no issues with combat. The Stash Tab and Inventory management is also not bad for controller-only. I just find it a bit odd how Mouse can be used for some actions for UI navigation but not for others. Perhaps there is a technical reason only selecting controller input at character select, but I think more mouse functions should be enabled in UI navigation whilst controller input is selected.

When moving an item on controller, you can either shift it 1 square (arrow buttons) or to the end/next section (right stick). I think there should be an option to move it 5 squares for a bit more granularity whilst being less tedious, e.g. hold left/right trigger to enable the arrow keys to move 5 squares.
