I lost access to early access after a week. What’s going on GGG?!

As the title says: I lost access to early access. I got early access on 12.12. played around 10 hours and wanted to login on 19.12. The game then stated that I don’t have access. I tried it again and again and then checked my poe account here on the site. Even there it says, that I don’t have access and need to buy a key. Today is day 3 of me being locked out. No response from support, no acknowledgement, nothing. There are many players with this problem and it needs to be addressed asap! It’s starting to be infuriating not being able to play the game we paid to play.

So please guys, help!

Its laughable that they treat it as an isolated incident every time going through support mails one by one. There HAS to be a root cause that can be fixed and restore access to everyone who has lost it..

Exactly! Feels like they’re on vacation already, but that’s an incident, where they need to do something.
