Crossprogression and account linking problems STEAM < > PS5

Same problem here mate. And the funny thing is that a guy from IT support responded to my ticket on 6 January (1 month ago) stating that they can fix the problem. Since then I have send them 2 questions about the current status and no one is responding. I think GGG really need to improve their customer service, as this is bad. And we paid for a product, right.
Two months now.
Here as well mate. I think I will soon hire a lawyer or so. Basically I paid for the game on PS5, cannot use it properly and no one from GGG cares.

If they cannot solve the problem due to other "urgent priorities", then I would at least have my money back.

For a company that creates such a good game, they have a horrible customer service. Really disappointed.
