Minions can't pass through small passages/doors

I am lategame at maps, playing a necromancer with a lot of skeletons. There are maps I avoid like the plague (Augury, Mire, Willow), because I simply can't run them. My skeletons can't pass through certain doors or small passages and I can't proceed alone without dying. I'd have to run through enemies on the other side until they teleport to me, which most likely results in death.

This is really frustrating, please make minion hitboxes smaller so that they don't block each other all the time.

Yes, it's come to a point where this class is pretty unplayable. It seems that pets have collision—why would they do that?

Firstly, only the frontline minions are attacking, while 80% of the minions are passive and doing nothing. Most of the maps are not designed for minions, so they get stuck on everything—vases, doorways, and even each other. Most of the time, they just stand there.

It's pretty horrible that they don't even follow the player, so you literally lose your minions when running a map. This is not well-designed; in fact, it's a mess on all level
100% a problem. I only run 2 Brutes and 2 Clerics and doing the Towers (a very crucial part of endgame) is so difficult because I have to make myself bait, when the minions are supposed to be my frontline. I wish minions would just stay in front of me and be easier to navigate with.

also, unsure if this is exactly related, but was looking where I could drop this very frustrating targetting interaction:

When using Detonate Dead, Offerings, & Sacrifice, I can tell the skill is targetting things when it highlights green but when casted, it does not seem to always work. I almost need to be half a screen away from a corpse or in a very open area for it to work. Any doorways basically make the skill not work on console so for maps like Augury which pop up constantly and have loads of doorways I am casting my skill maybe 1000 times and seeing it trigger maybe 100. It is extremely frustrating and causes you to die regardless of skill level. I am nearly level 94 and continuing to play it as I've put so much into it that changing is not cost efficient for me now. If the targetting issue is solved, I wouldn't have as much of a struggle.

This is also extremely risky due to offerings costing so much for me and there is a chance I nearly kill myself trying to use intended buffs and the buff never working although the cast animation and cost is taken.

Between Minions not having some auto-phase and minion-targetting skills just taking the cost but not working it's basically unplayable on console.
