Trial of Sek crashing and bugged

This is a joke, can not complete even though i did complete with completion on screen then it just acts as if I didn't complete. Then have to hard reset every time because there is no option to restart or try again. Monster life regen 100% in 1 sec on first trial are you guys kidding. a week now and I can not get my first ascendancy, zero trade for console.

This needs attention, pc at end game, console left in the cold. Address please
