Support System needs to change

developers listen to feedback about what we say, but when it comes to the support system they seem to want to ignore us! I also wish that the support changes something as quickly as possible

" If they actually cared about this situation they'd be updating the main page daily regarding the status and their progress on fixing it. The silence is deafening here and tells us that they have completely lost control of the situation. A situation they walked into with their eyes wide open and actively encouraged. Honestly - do something. There are tons of things you can do - for example what i suggested to improve your support.
As it is now this will seriously damage your reputation and its also warranted. I honestly cant even believe a game this big had a support system like this. |
