Paid for Early Access and didn't get it

Hello, hope everyone is well.

I purchased the Path of Exile 2 Early Access Support Pack yesterday.

I paid through PayPal via XSolla and I can see that the money has left my bank account, however when I go to https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/early-access, I am met with the message:

"Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now."

I can't see the 300 coins neither, and I can't login to the game using the GGG client.

I also don't see the transaction in my history of Account Transactions here on the website.

I have the XSolla receipt from the PayPal payment in my email account, as proof that I payed for this.

I can also see in my homebanking mobile application that the 28.95€ were charged from my card.


I sent an email to support to ask if it would be possible to resolve the issue and be granted what is included in the pack on this account, or otherwise be given a refund, but got no answer so far.

This situation makes me sad, I bought the game on this account for my grandfather to play since he loves PoE 1 so much, and now I feel a bit scammed or like I was stolen from.

Has anyone had this issue before, or some sort of insight about it ?

I got my access taken away from me.

Nothing from support, 20h down the drain
Same for me my early access is gone....
Im Angry...
I wrote a email to the support, maybe they can explain whats going on.
I don't know what the forum rules are but I'm responding in the hopes of bumping this.

It's been two days now and stil no response to either support emails or threads, it's making me really upset that they took my money and I got nothing for it, and no one is even bothered to at least say something.
