To clarify, I'm not referring to you receiving a refund, but to the person who generated the key refunding or charging back their original purchase that gave them the key, which they then sold to you. If this happens, access for that key would be revoked. Unfortunately, I'm not able to speculate as to whether this is the case for your specific situation.

You would need to contact the person you received the key from for assistance, so that they can look into what might have happened with that key's access.

In future, I recommend not purchasing keys from untrustworthy sources. You can obtain access directly from us by purchasing one of the Early Access Supporter Packs from the website, for example.
Ive obtained my key directly from your website and my key was revoked due to "odd purchases" which was me getting punished for upgrading to the new level tier pledge for an additional $30. Your payment platform is telling me "account will remain locked and you won't be able to make future payments." and "this decision is final and cannot be appealed." All this is while my account is locked from posting in the support channel. I needed to create a 2nd account in order to just reach you guys. I have sank hours of play time into this game and the experience is getting very sour due to me being told to reach out to a support email that been going on 3 days without a reply, an indifferent payment platform that despite saying they care so much about the security of our payments, randomly locks me out of my account while says they refund my initial payment but does nothing about the other payment I sent in after the fact and then turns around and says well too bad we are going to lock you out and you cant do anything about it. Its extremely worry some to think what if I had invested more money into this game if you guys would suddenly take away my account for buying a stash tab in the future. Ive sent screen shots of the interaction with xsolla in my ticket with you guys, maybe you will replay in the next 2 weeks.

Let's clarify. I legitimately purchased the key on a widely advertised e-commerce site. Until a few days ago, there were no issues. If the key has been revoked, you surely know because you are the ones blocking it. So, please be explicitly clear and respond to support request emails. This attitude makes you come across as unprofessional.

I have completely lost my access today

Now says i no longer have a beta key and need to pay again!!
Happen the same to me... I still have the key and have over 30 Hours gameplay plus a in-game purchase... I already sent an email to support. Does anyone knows any other method to get early access back on?
I am also in the same boat. Just happened to me today with no explanation. Very sad knowing the hours and in-game purchases may be wasted. Hopefully a fix is around the corner!

First Reply was 06.01. asking for additional info to validate
Sended all that was asked but got no further reply

Seems hopeless, Is it so hard for you to informate the people if keys are revoked? I cant get refunded if I dont know what the problem was

It sucks to lose access but it also sucks for GGG to just lose money because the scammers refund the key.

I was hoping for an earlier answer from support too but tbh, every information you need is in this thread too. Not much more support they can give you.




They could tell us that our keys have been revokek so we can get refunded, at the moment they play their part in the scam by delaying or not giving any info on what happend to our access. Takes them months to reply for support so any protection from paypal for example expires.
