Buying multiple pack on steam

Hi i’m a new player to poe i bought the tier 2 pack with 600 coin and i loved the game and want more coin also so my question is if i buy 1000 coin pack for 45$ with region prices on top of the one i already have will i also get 1000 coin or just 400 coin and the skins

Did you also get a new key? I'm thinking of buying another pack for the mtx and points, and I'll give the key to a friend.
