GGG lost the money - and got hit with a fine - so revoked the key. The scammer profited… well, however much you gave some random guy on an online marketplace. Also the guy was probably fraudulently using someone else’s credit card for step 1, so there’s that. If you perform your own chargeback, it’ll… probably work(?).
