Characters are on one account and EA coins on the other

I got EA for PoE2 which gave me 300 coins.
Strangely enough I could not see them when I logged into the game and I even bought some extra coins to get some nifty tabs. Now I just realised when loggin in here on the site that my account actually has two player accounts connected to it. One of the accounts holds my characters and that is where I spent some extra money. The other account holds my 300 EA coins. Naturally I have mailed the support and asked for the two accounts to be merged so that I have my characters, the tabs I bought extra AND the 300 EA coins on the same account. No reply however.... I also have the same problem, I connected an email address through my XBOBX account, and after that, everything including characters and coins was gone
