Lost access to early access

I just lost the access to early access.
Yesterday i was playing fine, 1hr ago i tried to log in and a message pop up saying i have no access. Even here in the website i can't see my key. Already sent an email but no response. Last bumped on Jan 15, 2025, 9:56:23 AM

Hello.
It so happened I have the same issue. Both on with Xbox EA, and on steam with a different key. I am also waiting for a response. Feels bad. |

9.9hours, same here, just lost early access, even my account info shows that i have no access and asking to buy again. Contacted support

If you have purchased an Early Access Key directly from us, Xbox or PlayStation please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this for you. If you could include your Path of Exile account name and discriminator in your email and the transaction ID of the purchase, that would be great.
If you received/purchased access via a third party, then the key's status may have been revoked. We can't speculate on the reasons for this and you will need to discuss this with the person that you received/purchased the key from. We recommend making Path of Exile purchases via our website as we will be able to assist with any issues that may arise. |
