Please let us change act rewards. Once you pick them you can make your character potentially weaker based on what you build later on. This is specially true for new players who don't know what they are doing... seem like an anti new players mechanic to leave it like that

I feel this is the wrong approach, If you want people to play other builds buff the weak abilities.
Unless it's actually overpowered compared to other classes, we don't have those numbers but just because people play a certain build doesn't mean it's overpowered, 30% nerf to spirit is harsh. Removing 4~ minions is too much of a nerf.

Have them meet at 34-35 instead if you have to do anything, that's the balanced thing to do.
Why the hell does GGG continue to nerf cold skills while the Warrior class can prema stun bosses? There are many classes/ascendancies that are absolutely destroying the game like minions, seismic cry warbringer, grenade witchhunter but GGG keeps going after a build that is barely performing and has weak support in the passive tree. Seriously confusing and seemingly points to GGG not actually knowing what is performing well and just knee jerk reacting to some random feedback... just wow on the cold nerfs..

Guess they won't be happy until no one is playing a cold build.

When is this patch kicking in? Kinda tired of dying from Chaos stuff... also it's so expensive to get 75% chaos res....

RE Mapping balancing...

-Solo play

3 Portals (lives) for white tier maps
2 Portals (lives) for yellow tier maps
1 Portals (lives) for red maps

This very well fits the games desire to adapt players to the harsher environments. At mapping start, we don't have proper resists etc. to deal with everything yet so mapping doesn't feel good, which is probably why many people aren't doing it.

-Party play

Essentially the same but for revives.
2 for white
1 for yellow
None for red

How do we define overpowered? Basically it's a situation in which a certain skill is so powerful that players feel no other method of playing the game is viable.


Giant's Blood says hello. The opportunity cost of a few passive points is so low to get massive damage reduction (shield) as it is incredibly easy to get block cap (and block is generally super overtuned). The extra Strength requirements are not enough to disuade anyone. There is simply no advantage to using a single 2H weapon. Dual Wielding is more damage and using a shield is a huge increase in survivability.

Please work on a fix ASAP. I do not like the fantasy of using a shield, but I am forced to do so to play optimally.
