"Your account does not have access to path of exile 2 early access" (20 hours in)

I have ~20 hours played on steam and went to go playing today and after launching via steam it's telling me I need to go buy access to PoE2 early access?

you have to email the support team fair warning they are ghosts at this point ive had an account locked issue for a week with no response to anything.

Same here i was extra excited waking up because i just ascended my monk. this was the only post i found with the same issue as me. Amazing game just sucks i gotta wait lol

Same here, 25 hours + in the game now i cant log in.

Same issue here 60+ hours in and then poof all gone. Client as well as account management claim that i do not own EA.
