Twitch Drop "Temporal Lords Portal" not shown in the cosmetics tab in game

under twitch rewards on this website but still nothing ingame

so i figured out my problem with the twitch drop.
i had twitch connected to the account i had on poe1 were i never got further than getting to see my skilltree xD
so when i started poe2 i thought i had to start a new account. somehow my accounts got merged through steam (probably) so everything checked out except for the twitch drop.

so now my twitch drop is on an account that has no character and the account with a character is halfway through act 2.

so is there anyway of "merging" these accounts? or maybe move the character?

when i disconnect twitch and connect it to the other account the drop stays on that account.

I'm having this same issue. The Chimera I bought is on a PoE account with no characters. Still have not been able to move it to a merged account with my PoE2 character.

It gets even worse when you play on both Xbox and Playstation. Playstation accounts can only see Playstation bought cosmetics and use special Playstation points. Xbox points and cosmetics can be used anywhere. What's worse is if you buy points on Xbox but use a character on a Playstation created account those Xbox purchased points can't be used on an Xbox created account nor can those points be used on PlayStation either!. Sony made transactions for this game absolutely terrible. I don't know if I'll even get things sorted.
