Get used to it PC players use the PoE Overlay 2 program and buy items before they get to the site.

Works really good.

You can use pathofexile.com/trade2 on your PC/Phone/Tablet or whatever to directly pm the seller and item and it will be applied in game on your console?

Yes, you can, and it works perfectly. Just make sure you have logged in with your character.

I usually remote-play my game from my PS5 to my Macbook and keep the trade site open next to it.

I think the big problem is you should not have to leave the game page to visit a web site while trade for console. this turns away a lot of players. I seen players / streamers on pc hate the way trade is.
My phone on the fritz atm son decided to throw it. now i ither have to go to PC. or use the console web which really is annoying without a mouse on the couch.

ggg will implant a trade board at some point at least for console im sure. Took PoE 1 some time but got it done finally. we just got to wait.. hope for not to long.

Ggg will not add anything that pc doesn’t get. There will not be changes to trade anytime soon. You could see how hesitant they are around trade as is just watch their recent interview.

You better do that , trying to browse the Trade Site directly from console is clunky as hell .

It's working for me. I search for items on my laptop and whisper the person. The message appears instantly on my PS5.

A huge QOL thing they need to add is trade market in game with instant buy out like they promised, PoE1 is 12 years old and has trade market in Game. Crazy.
