Cross-platform to poe1, tradeboard to poe2

The scarcity of certain items and price fixers is hurting poe1 for console players. Imo, cross-platform will solve these problems and it will extend the amount of time console players will spend on leagues.

Bringing an exact copy of the tradeboard to poe2 will help console players trade while remaining ingame. No whispering other players or using your phone/computer to access the trade website will be a huge quality of life for console players. *The newer player is more likely to use a tradeboard instead of the website too.*

Tradeboard should be on PC so they can use it if they want.
